Hello you, how you been?
Julie here, just checking in for the summer! The kids are off to camp for the week, the garden is plumping up, and the heat has arrived. Yay.
We’re looking forward to a smooth and relaxed next couple of months while we support our community in enjoying their life and their beautiful bodies as much as possible.
I’m filled with gratitude for the fabulous team we’ve curated here, and the new upgrades and additions that have happened.
We remodeled our reception area to have better front desk flow, added a barn door to reduce noise pollution, and made a HUGE software switch to manage our business better. After 8 years with the same system, it was time to make the leap to a system that fit our needs better. Bear with us these last few weeks of June while Membership and appointment history is synced up properly – you may get a double confirmation.
With this new system, we’ll be able to provide an improved online booking experience, as well as increased internet sales of products. The checkin/checkout reception app at the front desk and digital forms are also some pretty slick tools we’re getting great feedback about. My team sure loves it.
As a thank you for creating a fresh user profile, pick out a complimentary essential oil on your next visit booked online. We’ve also put Memberships on at 1/2 price for the summer! Normally $75 for the year, it’s 37.50 until end up July. Can you believe we’re almost 8 years old? We have a ton of fun things planned for next month, including Ribfest and Maria, LMT’s baby shower. <3
We’ve had the pleasure of adding a few fresh faces to the team! In our Clinic – Alyssa & Oliva – working alongside Dr. Steve and Amena for chiropractic care and therapeutic bundles of services. Did you know Dr. Steve is in network with most of the major carriers, and has affordable cash programs if you don’t have chiropractic coverage in your plan?
Let’s also give a warm Fox River Spa Tribe welcome to Erika, Maggie, & Marzanna, our new LMT’s! After months of searching, we have been blessed with 3 more rockstars! You may recognize Erika from teaching yoga or working our front desk, Maggie joins us from an amazing Salt Cave Spa in Chicago, and Marzanna (not pictured) is an amazing therapist who took a few years off to raise her kids. (PS – Marzanna speaks Polish!) New Hires are 50% off for their first 2 weeks with us while completing their training.

Thomas Katsahnias2023-10-04I have gone to Fox River a number of times for massages and experienced a few different massage therapists, all of whom have been top notch. Recently I woke up with a major pain in my back, and sought a massage same day to try and work out the pain. Scott was available later that day! He was very knowledgeable listened to what I was experiencing and proceeded to work out the pain. At the end of the session he also suggested/demonstrated a number of stretches that will help with the tightness, one of these stretches did the trick and combined with the massage I felt much better. Thank you!

Klaudia was absolutely wonderful and provided fantastic service and an absolutely amazing massage! It was the perfect way to start my Sunday morning and start fresh for the week.
