She prides herself in forming friendships with her clients, and is known to pour a cup of coffee and have a visit while their color is processing. Jill brings her clinical background in massage therapy to the Fox River Spa team and assesses the body for imbalances and tension. She is also certified in cupping, a method that can help with circulation, detoxification, and opening up stagnant areas of tissue. Jill loves helping her clients come up with a treatment plan for self-care to go along with her bodywork and works on a lot of athletes. Weekend warriors and runners are some of her favorite people, as they appreciate her knowledge of how everything is connected through fascia and how her work can help release it. Beth is a 26 year veteran of the Massage Therapy profession, graduating from Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 1992. Beth worked her way through Massage School as a Chiropractic Assistant, and has spent a great deal of her career doing Medical Massage in clinical settings. She loves being able to combine clinical massage therapy with deeply relaxing treatments like aromatherapy and hot stones. Her favorite massage to do at Fox River Spa is the 90 minute Aromastone.

She uses an eclectic blend of various techniques from a skill set 26 years in the making.  Beth specializes in treating chronic pain issues with massage techniques that are effective but non-invasive. One thing that sets her apart is her ability to listen to her clients and individualize each session with with excellence, care, and professionalism.

She is also a CNA/Caregiver and has worked as a Midwife Assistant, Doula, and Montessori Toddler Teacher. For fun she works out, homeschools, does Cat Sitting and Foster/Rescue.
