Aslana is one of our most diversely talented and amazing team members. She has a passion for health, wellness and beauty and believes they are all an integral part of our well-being. She is bodywork therapist with 25 years in the massage industry, and licensed since 1987 in hair and skin care. She believes beauty is the style of wellness, creating looks that are uniquely yours by integrating style and spirit. Cinde always knew she was a healer and bodywork therapist, in 1990 she began that journey and traveled worldwide to learn and diversify her massage skills and healing techniques. Her work is both clinical and esoteric. She works with myo-fascial, orthopedic, Cranial-sacral, Thai massage, Cupping, Qi-gong, Reiki, and more. Her work is defined as healing, soothing, direct and deep. She is also Yoga, Pilates and a group fitness instructor, with a degree in Health and wellness management as well as a wellness coach. Claire is part of the opening team here at the Algonquin location. She has been working in the Spa industry for twelve years now. Although skincare has been her passion ever since she went to her first dermatologist to help with her own problem skin. Being able to help people transform their skin into something they can love is her goal with every client she meets. Extracting acne and blackheads as well as chemical peels are Claire’s favorite services to perform because you can see an instant change in your skin.

Claire is also obsessed with anything Halloween and horror, she has been working at haunted houses for about fourteen years now doing makeup and acting. She is self-taught in special effects makeup and continues to learn all the time. She grew up here in the area and plans on staying here to further herself in this wonderful industry.

Denise is a Licensed Massage Therapist with Certification for Manual Lymphatic Drainage and a Certified Health Coach. With over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Denise transitioned from mainstream healthcare to a holistic functional approach where she is passionate about helping others resolve their “Tissues with Issues”. Living with chronic pain for most of her life encouraged Denise to seek out alternative pain relief solutions that she now offers to her clients. These solutions include scar release work, lymphatic restoration therapy acupressure points paired with manual lymphatic drainage, orthopedic manual therapy, and therapeutic acupressure customized for each client. When she’s not working she enjoys cooking and being a lifelong learner and traveler.

Jessica graduated in the top of her class from Cortiva institute in 2011. She has a versatile style and is able to customize each session to adjust to your specific needs. She brings experience in Swedish relaxation, deep tissues, sports massage and stretching, reflexology, and myofacial techniques. She has detailed knowledge with essential oils and can help you find the best aromatherapy. Her hobbies include hiking, traveling, and training her dog as a therapy dog.

JessicaLynn is passionate about providing the best-customized service based on individualized needs and goals. She strives to take care of each of her guests by providing the most relaxing and peaceful yet therapeutic experience so that you can leave the Spa feeling better and a new you.

As a dual license provider of massage therapy and esthetics, JessicaLynn has a wide range of services she can offer and is constantly learning and willing to add to her skill set.

Graduated from massage school in 2010, JessicaLynn has many years of experience in the field; specializing in full body and mind relaxation and targeting chronic muscle tension with extra focus in neck and shoulder pain and headache relief. She likes to incorporate warm stones, Aroma or any other add-on service to enhance the session. In 2018 she enrolled in esthetics school after always having an interest and love for all things skin and beauty. She wanted to be able to care and treat the skin as well and become knowledgeable in skin treatments and facial services.

She loves treating the body as a whole and enjoys doing dual treatment sessions to give the client their best Spa day experience! On her downtime she loves spending time with family like being outside or watching movies with her husband, two girls and dogs. She likes to go to events, travel and reading a good book!

Jill brings her clinical background in massage therapy to the Fox River Spa team and assesses the body for imbalances and tension. She is also certified in cupping, a method that can help with circulation, detoxification, and opening up stagnant areas of tissue. Jill loves helping her clients come up with a treatment plan for self-care to go along with her bodywork and works on a lot of athletes. Weekend warriors and runners are some of her favorite people, as they appreciate her knowledge of how everything is connected through fascia and how her work can help release it. Keeping people fluid and moving is her goal. Plus she’s compassionate and quiet – which her clients also love her for! Fox River Spa considers themselves lucky she’s chosen to work with us here!

Julia is a graduate of Tricoci University and has been a licensed esthetician since 2021. As the newest esthetician at our MedSpa, she brings over three years of MedSpa experience along with a true passion for helping others feel confident in their skin. What started as a personal journey to better understand her own skin quickly grew into a career she loves. Julia is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and relaxing space where clients can feel comfortable and cared for. She values building genuine relationships with each client and takes pride in delivering personalized treatments that produce real results. She is always eager to continue learning and expanding her knowledge within the esthetics industry, especially in the medical spa setting. Whether you’re looking for an advanced treatment such as a chemical peel or dermaplaning, or a more simple treatment such as a basic facial or wax, you can always guarantee a relaxing and result-driven experience.

Licensed Massage Therapist and Canine Myotherapist with 18 years in the industry, enjoys providing a variety of modalities to fit her client’s needs, especially prenatal and reflexology.  She appreciates the variety of modalities and services the spa has to offer and hopes to learn grow and contribute to the team. When she’s not working, she values spending time with her family and looks to be a positive influence in the lives of those she touches, but most importantly her daughter. She believes in making the world a better place one massage at a time and making a difference where you are.

Maria has been with Fox River Med Spa for 7 years now and loves helping people feel better.  She is a deeper style therapist enjoys working out those deep knots. She can also help you with a swedish massage, with medium too light pressure, for a more relaxing experience. Maria also takes great pride in professionalism and consultation, making sure she understands exactly what your goals are for the session, and is able to make everyone comfortable and relaxed on her table.

Melanie is a graduate of Cortiva Institute-Chicago School of Massage Therapy and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2015. She is truly passionate she is about her work!

Melanie tailors each session to address the unique needs of every client, with a primary focus on clinical massage. The well-being of each client is a top priority for Melanie, and she strives to find the root cause of discomfort areas, in order to provide lasting relief from tension and stress. She is committed to continue learning and exploring new techniques and modalities to further benefit her clients with the most effective and fully personalized sessions.

Nadiya is originally from Ukraine, where she graduated from a technical university with a master’s degree in marketing. In Ukraine, she worked in a logistics company as an accountant.

When she found out that she won her green card, she decided to take the chance. Upon arrival, at first, it was interesting, a lot of impressions, and when she started looking for a job, difficulties appeared, especially with a language barrier and no family or support network. It was not that easy.

After the first month, she wanted to go back to Ukraine but toughed it out, met her future husband, and built her own family. Nadiya has two boys, and when the children went to kindergarten, she decided to change her career. Before kids, she worked as a caregiver in America and always had such a desire to help people.

When she started studying to be a massage therapist, she knew she found her path. Nadiya loves helping people, and especially loves hearing the good reviews and “golden hands” compliments that she gets.

She wants our community to know she really loves her career and hopes to meet you, soon, to take care of you, too!

Natalie, LMT is a core part of the Fox River MedSpa vibe. Not only is she an exceptional team member, she truly understands and lives our culture and values. She started with us in 2019 as a Receptionist, moved her way into management after covid and decided a path of healing & wellness was what best suited her.

Natalie has a calming presence. Her energy speaks for itself. Natalie believes in healing not only physically but through a mind, body & spiritual connection, which is translated to the table. Every massage is a ritual, and she loves guiding her clients through a meditative and relaxing experience.

Nicole Cole BSN, RN, Certified Aesthetic Injector with 17 years of nursing experience. Ten years specializing in diet and nutrition, including seven years as an Aesthetic Injector.
She graduated from Aurora University with top honors with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Business Administration. She began her Nursing career at Alexian Brothers Hospital, working in the Intensive/Critical Care Unit for four years. After working in the hospital, Nicole transitioned into Medical Safety Nurse Analyst Role. Working at Abbott Labs for five years involved assessing, analyzing, and processing adverse events/side effects of medications produced by Abbott Labs.

After ending a career at Abbott Laboratories, Nicole began developing her skills personally and professionally in Nutrition, Diet, Exercise, Physical Medicine, and Aesthetics. She started working at MHC Medical primary care facility with subspecialties in physical medicine, sports medicine, diet/nutrition, and hormone replacement therapy. During this time, Nicole began training in nutrition/diet (including HCG and hormone replacement therapy), exercise, and physical medicine. During her time at MHC worked in marketing/development and participated in health screenings and educational seminars.

After moving, Nicole began working for five years at Dr. Greenspon Medical, Weight Loss and Aesthetics. She worked at a high-acuity primary care office with subspecialties in weight loss management, nutrition, and skincare. Here Nicole brought her knowledge of diet and nutrition and honed her skills. Here, she began school at National Laser Institute for Botox and Injectables. Shadowing a top injector in the field of aesthetics, Nicole trained in BBL/IPL laser therapy, micro needling, PRP/PRF injections, and PDO threading.

Nicole then worked within Skinovatio as Nurse Injector and Trainer. At the same time, freelancing at various offices performs various skin treatments.
Most recently, Nicole has been working here and at quest diagnostics. Nicole loves spending time with a 4-year-old daughter and enjoying life! Nicole loves to exercise, play sports and cook. She looks forward to bringing her experience and ideas to Fox River Med Spa and growing with the company.

With over twelve years of experience in massage therapy, I am passionate about helping my clients find relaxation, relief, and overall wellness through the healing power of touch. My approach is always personalized, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual.

I specialize in a variety of modalities designed to support both physical and energetic well-being. My services include Deep Tissue Massage, which works into the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to relieve chronic pain and tension, and Swedish Massage, which uses gentle, flowing strokes to promote relaxation and improve circulation. I also offer Pre-Natal Massage, providing nurturing techniques that ease discomfort and support expectant mothers throughout their journey.

Sylvia is a compassionate, enthusiastic, dedicated massage therapist known for her warm intuitive touch and deep understanding of the body-mind-spirit connection. Her goal is to help clients achieve balance to relieve pain, and tension and promote deep relaxation in a serene and nurturing environment where clients can unwind to release built-up tension. Sylvia takes a holistic approach to her practice, considering not only the physical but also the emotional and spiritual aspects of each client’s well-being.

Terra’s love for bodywork and healing began long before her career path to massage therapy. Her passion for holistic healthcare led her to an Applied Kinesiology apprenticeship at Touch for Health in 2019. She chose to combine her training with massage therapy for an ultimate healing experience. Terra is a natural at her craft. As an intent listener, her calm and quiet nature reflects into sessions with her guests. She has a true love for learning new modalities and aiding the body in its ultimate self healing process.

Kari White, BSN, RN is a Certified Aesthetic Injector with 8 years of nursing experience. 7 years specializing in critical care and 1 year in aesthetics. She graduated from Worcester State University and Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2016 and obtained two bachelors degrees in those 4 years; Bachelors in Nursing and Bachelors in Community Health. She is currently enrolled at Northern Illinois University pursuing her Masters of Nursing to become a Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse at Northwestern Huntley and after 5 years did travel nursing around Illinois. After 7 years of working in hospitals, she began working in aesthetics and found it was her passion.

Kari has been working here, and at New Hope Ketamine Clinic helping patients with anxiety and depression. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, son, and 2 dogs. She also loves to attend barre classes. She has a passion of balancing beauty and medicine, and believes injecting is an art. She looks forward to growing with Fox River Med Spa and providing the best client care she can to help everyone to feel their best self.

Marzanna has been practicing massage therapy for over 20 years. Her goal is to help heal people inside and out. She believes that self-care is a MUST in today’s busy world, and massage and regular body work are the keys to living up to your fullest potential. Marzanna has spent years working in a variety of massage environments including: chiropractic clinic, high end Spa and corporate massages giving her great knowledge and skill in the massage therapy field. Ashley is a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant and Receptionist with a strong background in patient care and medical operations. With getting her Medical Assistant schooling finished, she combines her clinical knowledge with a friendly and professional approach to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Outside of our spa, Ashley is passionate about mental health advocacy, bringing a deep understanding of well-being to her interactions with clients. She is also a lover of creative expression, particularly through painting and DIY crafts, and enjoys all things fall, with Halloween being her favorite holiday.

Jenna McCarthy is a nurse practitioner with 8 years of injectable experience in the aesthetic industry. She strives for a natural but noticeable outcome for her patients. Her goal is to leave her patients feeling refreshed and beautiful. Favorite treatments to do are lip filler and full face tox. When not at work, she can be found running around with her girls, going on family walks or working out.

Alexis is a proud graduate of Pivot Point Academy, where she was recognized with multiple awards for her dedication and performance. With a lifelong passion for skincare, she has built her career around helping others feel confident and radiant in their own skin. Alexis is known for her attention to detail and her ability to create a welcoming experience that leaves every client feeling beautiful.

He has been a licensed massage therapist for 6 years. Right after high school, he began studying massage therapy at Harper College. He has experience working in both medical chiropractic offices and spa settings, specializing in the unique needs of each patient. He loves helping improve joint movement and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.

He is very excited and grateful to have found his passion at an early age and looks forward to furthering his knowledge in medicine and natural healing.

Michelle Dace is a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with over 30 years of experience in Nursing. She graduated from Walden University with a Master of Science in Nursing and is ANCC certified. Michelle has full practice authority and for the past three years, she has specialized in non-surgical pain management and advanced regenerative medicine. Her expertise lies in providing individualized, holistic care to help patients achieve lasting relief and improved well-being.

Returning to the Chicago suburbs after 9 years with the 5 Diamond Bellagio Spa in Las Vegas as their Lead Therapist & Nationally Certified Educator, she has returned home with her family to fulfill her entrepreneurship dream locally. With 20 years of bodywork experience that started at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA, Julie loves sharing her passion for massage and all things Spa. After the pandemic hit, she partnered with Dr. Steve and added a gorgeous clinic for chiropractic services and holistic healing in Algonquin. She specializes in Sports and Thai Massage, helping her guests increase range of motion and flexibility in a therapeutic and relaxing blend of techniques. She is licensed to perform lymphatic drainage, prenatal, and many types massage. With her resort leadership background and commitment to excellence, Julie has brought the 5 Star experience and top level of service with her to Fox River Spa. Lisa is a graduate of Cosmetology & Spa Academy and has been PCASKIN certified since 2014. As the Lead Aesthetician, Lisa sets the customer service standard and is dedicated to the skincare success of her clients. She has a “never done learning” attitude and is constantly educating herself on the latest trends in the industry. Expect her to incorporate different modalities and advanced techniques into her treatments whenever possible. Lisa also recognizes the importance of a comfortable & soothing environment and seamlessly integrates relaxation into all of her services. Even a simple brow wax can feel like a retreat!
