How the Program Works

1. Labs + Consultation. We review your bloodwork, health history, and goals and confirm whether GLP-1s are safe and appropriate for you.
2. Dosing + Plan. Semaglutide or Tirzepatide at the right dose, paired with a realistic eating approach and guidance. Most patients eat 1,200 – 1,500 filling calories a day. No starvation.
3. Walk Together. You come in for a fast weekly consult. This is where the magic happens. Your injection, your weigh-in, and a teammate in your corner: we work through food, sleep, movement, and stress together, not just the shot.

For most patients, GLP-1s are a reset for appetite, blood sugar, and metabolism with the goal of maintaining your results medication-free.

About the Medications

Semaglutide

A weekly GLP-1 injection that curbs appetite, slows digestion, and supports blood sugar balance and metabolism.

Tirzepatide

A newer weekly injection that works on both GLP-1 and GIP receptors for many patients, that means stronger appetite control. Your labs and consultation determine which medication fits you.

Who Isn’t a Candidate?

GLP-1s aren’t for everyone. They’re not recommended under 18; during pregnancy or breastfeeding; with diabetes or diabetic medications; with pancreas or kidney disease; or with a personal or family history of Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 2 (MEN 2). Your labs and consultation screen for all of this before anything is prescribed.

Semaglutide & Tirzepatide Pricing

Semaglutide

$599/month (4 weeks), or $1,500 for 12 weeks – a $300 savings, plus a 10-pack of vitamin shots ($150 value).

Tirzepatide

Priced the same as Semaglutide below 12.5 mg. At 12.5 mg and above: $650/month (4 weeks), or $1,950 for 12 weeks – with the same $300 savings and vitamin shots.

“Beat It” Lipo Injection

An optional add-on of B12, methionine, inositol, and choline to support energy and fat metabolism. $30 per shot or 5 for $125.
