Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Reiki Practitioners understand that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others. It is believed that a person’s “ki” or energy should be strong and free flowing. When this is true a person’s body and mind is in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance.
A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. A session is pleasant and relaxing and is often utilized for one’s personal wellness. Reiki can also be incorporated within massage therapy for a full mind-body-spirit session. Working as a decongestant therapy, Lymphatic Drainage reduces edema and the pain caused by swelling. Light, gentle massage strokes encourage the movement of lymph fluid through the body’s natural filtration system- the lymphatic system. During each session, your therapist will use their training to assess your need and work accordingly. Recipients usually find this technique to be very relaxing and highly effective. It can be used in conjunction with medical treatments – such as post operative care – but not as a substitute.

Cranial release massage, also known as craniosacral therapy, is a form of alternative medicine that focuses on the movement and alignment of the craniosacral system.
During a cranial release massage, the practitioner uses gentle touch to release tension and improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, which helps to promote relaxation and healing. The practitioner may use light pressure on different parts of the body, including the skull, spine, and pelvis, to help balance the craniosacral system.

Cupping for Cellulite incorporates essential oils and specific targeted cupping with massage to break up pockets of lipid connections and smooth out the appearance of dimples. Our Bio-Infrared mat is included in this session to increase detoxification and circulation. You will see visible results by 3rd session and for optimum results, service should be done every 3-7 days. You will have the best results in 6 consecutive sessions. CST helps compression in the head, neck, and back. This can soothe pain and release emotional and physical stress and tension. helps restore cranial mobility. This treatment releases restrictions of the head, neck, and nerves, and helps the cerebro spinal fluid flow better around your brain and spinal cord.
Very effective for headaches, tmj, sinuses and neck pain. It benefits the whole body, as well as the nervous system.
Depending on what you’re using CST to treat, you may benefit from between 3 to 10 45min sessions or 30min maintenance sessions. Your therapist will help you determine what’s right for you.
Recommended first appointment for CST is one hour, which will include your consultation and treatment. Additional treatments if 45 min and 30 minutes depending on therapist recommendation.

Performed in the Ayurvedic and Indian tradition, warm oil is massaged directly into your hair and scalp. Great for both the hair follicle and scalp, a beautifully detailed massage is incorporated to help relieve tension and stress, plus moisturize and nourish. Fabulous for tension headaches, stressful days, and shiny hair. You will leave with nourishing oil in your hair, so we recommend you put your hair in a bun after, or wear an old hat or shirt. I have gone to Fox River a number of times for massages and experienced a few different massage therapists, all of whom have been top notch.  Recently I woke up with a major pain in my back, and sought a massage same day to try and work out the pain.  Scott was available later that day!  He was very knowledgeable listened to what I was experiencing and proceeded to work out the pain.  At the end of the session he also suggested/demonstrated a number of stretches that will help with the tightness, one of these stretches did the trick and combined with the massage I felt much better.
