Let the new season roll in!
It’s a weird thing, to know that the snow and cold is coming – but to also know there’s plenty of action coming indoors as well. It’s not like we truly hibernate and disappear into a cave. For me, personally, the Bevel family has a busy season of productivity, volleyball, and internal maintenance on the way.
Taking care of what’s on the inside doesn’t always mean remodeling the kitchen, ya know what I mean? “Cleaning house & getting organized” has layers and layers of meaning in our world. What does it mean for you? Any intentions or plans for the upcoming season?
My intention is to do a lot more writing and get video content for online trainings completed.

Spa business is traditionally very steady and booked during winter (shameless plug to remind you to book in advance), and our current team of 27 professionals is well trained, well managed, and happy. Our team intention is to stay focused on crafting amazing sessions and sharing more about Dr. Steve’s Chiro Care & Dr. Arora’s Botox. Yay for the good company culture that we’ve all co-created around here!
We’ve decided to take next Tuesday morning off together and go to King Spa in Niles as a group. Steam, soak, meditate, then meet and eat together to kick off the season. I’m really looking forward to having all of us together, off-site, in a healthy and healing atmosphere. Full of gratitude to be able to do this with them. We’ll be opening late on Tues Nov 9 because of it. <3
We had a wonderful Botox & ProCell launch last week, thank you to all who attended! Dr. Arora’s menu of services includes Botox, Fillers, PRP (the vampire facial) and microneedling. Thomas Katsahnias2023-10-04I have gone to Fox River a number of times for massages and experienced a few different massage therapists, all of whom have been top notch. Recently I woke up with a major pain in my back, and sought a massage same day to try and work out the pain. Scott was available later that day! He was very knowledgeable listened to what I was experiencing and proceeded to work out the pain. At the end of the session he also suggested/demonstrated a number of stretches that will help with the tightness, one of these stretches did the trick and combined with the massage I felt much better. Thank you!
