ProCell Microchanneling in Algonquin, IL
Stimulate your skin’s own repair response and drive a human growth factor serum deep into the tissue — in a treatment that fits comfortably into a lunch break.
Microchanneling is a minimally invasive treatment that helps improve skin texture, smoothness, and overall skin health. Tiny micro-injuries created during treatment stimulate the body’s natural healing response, encouraging collagen renewal and allowing treatment serums to absorb more effectively.
What sets ProCell apart is what goes in through those channels. Every treatment includes a human growth factor serum, so you are not only triggering repair — you are feeding it.
What ProCell Treats
- Rough or uneven skin texture
- Fine lines and early signs of aging
- Loss of firmness and elasticity
- Acne scarring and post-acne marks
- Enlarged pores
- Overall dullness and skin quality
ProCell Pricing
- Express — 30 minutes — $280
- Signature — 60 minutes — $350
Both tiers include the human growth factor serum and a take-home vial to continue supporting results after your appointment. The Signature treatment allows more time for a fuller treatment area and a more thorough serum application.
What’s Included
- Human growth factor serum applied during treatment, delivered through the micro-channels
- Take-home vial so the serum keeps working in the days that follow
- A treatment plan tailored to your skin and goals
The take-home vial matters more than it sounds. The channels created during treatment stay receptive for a period afterward, so continuing the serum at home extends the window in which your skin is absorbing it efficiently.
ProCell or Microneedling?
They work on the same principle — controlled micro-injury to trigger collagen renewal — and patients often ask which to choose.
- ProCell pairs the micro-channels with a human growth factor serum and sends you home with more of it. Best when skin quality, texture, and tone are the priority.
- Microneedling focuses on collagen induction, and can be combined with PRP drawn from your own blood for a more intensive anti-aging treatment.
Neither is strictly better. Your provider will recommend one based on your skin, your goals, and how much downtime you want — and either can be built into a series.
What to Expect
Expect some redness resembling a mild sunburn for a day or so afterward. Most patients are comfortable returning to normal activity right away, with makeup typically back on the following day.
Results build gradually as new collagen forms over the following weeks, which is why microchanneling is usually recommended as a series rather than a single session. Sun protection afterward is not optional — freshly treated skin is vulnerable.
