Taking our Therapeutic Fusion massage to the next level, your therapist will incorporate additional stretches, range of motion therapy, and trigger point work to release all the major muscle groups and joints used in your sport of choice. A session is pleasant and relaxing and is often utilized for one’s personal wellness. Reiki can also be incorporated within massage therapy for a full mind-body-spirit session. Working as a decongestant therapy, Lymphatic Drainage reduces edema and the pain caused by swelling. Light, gentle massage strokes encourage the movement of lymph fluid through the body’s natural filtration system- the lymphatic system. During each session, your therapist will use their training to assess your need and work accordingly. Recipients usually find this technique to be very relaxing and highly effective. It can be used in conjunction with medical treatments – such as post operative care – but not as a substitute.
