Paula is an amazing, well rounded therapist, with thumbs of steel. She not only has taken advanced Reiki energy classes, but comes from a clinical chiropractic massage background, so is able to assess the body and make educated recommendations for self-care. Paula enjoys forming long lasting therapeutic relationships with her clients, and is known for documenting and remembering patterns of holding she’s noticed throughout her sessions. With this clinical approach to massage therapy, Paula is truly a partner in health and wellness for her clients, and looks forward to helping even more people at Fox River Spa.

  I have gone to Fox River a number of times for massages and experienced a few different massage therapists, all of whom have been top notch.  Recently I woke up with a major pain in my back, and sought a massage same day to try and work out the pain.  Scott was available later that day!  He was very knowledgeable listened to what I was experiencing and proceeded to work out the pain.  At the end of the session he also suggested/demonstrated a number of stretches that will help with the tightness, one of these stretches did the trick and combined with the massage I felt much better.   I’ve been coming to Fox River MedSpa for years now, and always have a great experience! I had a really great experience Sunday morning. Klaudia was absolutely wonderful and provided fantastic service and an absolutely amazing massage! It was the perfect way to start my Sunday morning and start fresh for the week.
