Hi & Howdy!
It's been a minute since I've written. Competing priorities and lots of other content creation happening. People ask if I'm ready to farm this newsletter out, but I love personally staying connected and doing this writing. It's part of the vibe man. Old school journal writer from day 1! How are you doing? How are you being? Fill me in! I want to know! For real for real!
It takes effort ya know - this staying connected thing. You gotta show up. I gotta show up - on one level or another. Energetically, writing a letter, being thoughtful and present, you reading it - these are not AI generated, not canned spam, doom scrolling random content consumption - this is me, reaching out, and you, reading. These efforts count. It's one way, of many, of showing up. It's important.
Especially as we continue growing and expanding, keeping our mission and messaging consistent matters. We are helping people avoid surgery and narcotics. Helping people lose weight and feel great. Helping people love and care for their skin and bodies. AND we've got a lot of tools in the tool belt to do that these days.
So grateful we've got some real leaders on the team to keep things cranking along. Nurse Practitioner Michelle, GM JoyAnn, Lead Receptionist McKenna... Amazing veteran staff like Nurse Nicole, Aslana, Lisa... Dr. Steve & Leslie steady on the clinic floor... Jessica, Maria, Paula, Jill, Amber, Lexi, Lonna, Malarie, JessicaLynn... some new up and comers like Nurse Noreen & Nurse Kari, Alex, Lori, Ashley, Sylvia, Theresa, Taylor... I know I'm forgetting some people but I hope you get the gist... it's allowed me to breathe a bit now that the staffing is deep...
I've was worried that diversifying our services could muddle "the brand" -- but our core values remain the same --- helping people live their best lives, pain free and gorgeous. Being professional and kind. Treating each other as well as we treat our guests. With a team this size the culture is critical. We've got it dialed in. I'm savoring the moments these days when I get to pause to write and take in the beauty of people and our business. We're co-creating this community, Frederick and I'm grateful you're here with us.
